Hi Krissy, this is the lst time to find you. I liked the recipe for baked oatmeal and was wondering if I could use vanilla soy milk as that is what my husband has to use since he is lactose intolerant. I have never tried the almond milk. Looking forward to trying the recipe. Blessings on you for this new year.
