Cinnamon Sugar Pull Apart Bread

Wow. Wow. Wow.
This recipe is yummmmmy!
Not only does it look beautiful, but is also unbelievably delicious.

This recipe is not challenging, it is actually simply easy.  However, you must have patience, patience, and more patience.  After you make the dough, it must rise for at least 2 hours.  Then you have to knead the dough a few times, and let it rest for 5 minutes.  Then, after rolling out the dough – creating the cinnamon sugar squares – and piling them into the pan – it must rise again for at least 30 minutes.  This last rise is very important!  Then, it bakes for about 30 minutes, and  rests for another 30 minutes.  Wow – that’s a lot of time spent waiting, waiting, and more waiting.  But don’t let this stray you – this recipe is worth the wait!

Watching this bread bake was such a beautiful thing.  The bread rises in the oven and creates a wonderful caramel color.  And the aroma it creates in the kitchen is heavenly.

This bread would be great for dessert, breakfast, or brunch.  It would especially be great to make for a larger group of people, because each person can pull off a piece of the bread themselves.

Go make this yourself and enjoy what you created :).
